The structure is equipped with an automatic system for access (self Check in)
We have chosen Vikey for automation management, a message will arrive with brief instructions.
The self check-in involves uploading your documents online (it will only take a couple of minutes) and access via smart phone or access codes
you will receive a link on your e-mail and on your mobile phone. just click on the link to access the structure and your room

In any case, the rooms are available from 1.00 pm. For every need on your arrival you can send an sms or whatsapp message to 00393357267958

• Departure time: the room must be made available, no later than 10.00 in the morning.
• Luggage: it is possible to leave your luggage in the structure, should you have this need.

Room & Breakfast Canalino 21 is located in the ZTL area. It is possible to access by car by sending the license plate to our email allinclusivebo@gmail.com the day before your arrival. Near the property you will find several car parks outside the ZTL area.

We emphasize that our structure is located in a historic building without a lift. the rooms are located on the second and third floors

The breakfast is self-managed. you will find everything you need in our kitchen, in single doses and where possible organic.

FOR STAYS OF MULTIPLE NIGHTS: normally we do not carry out cleaning or change of sheets for stays of 1/2/3 nights, for weekly stays a mid-week cleaning is carried out. if you like cleaning and daily change it is to be reported at the time of booking with an additional cost. if you want a change of towels, just report it

Hot water and tea are available in your room.
If you stay one week - towel change in the middle of the week, no bed linen change if not requested (10 euros).
