“Our small B&B is in one of Modena's most historic buildings, near Via Emilia (Emilia Road) and Corso Canalgrande. The house is on the second floor and has two levels, without elevator. On the first level you find a bedroom with bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can have your self-managed breakfast and a wide and comfortable living room (with breakfast area, a corner with bookcase, sofa and armchair and an eighteenth century piano). On the second level there are three rooms with a bathroom each: 4 recently renovated and redecorated bedrooms and 3 comfortable bathrooms. You can find this and more in our apartment located in a seventeenth century building in Modena Old Town: the best way to spend a few days and enjoy the beauty of one of the most famous art cities in the world. The names of our rooms are inspired by 3 symbols of our city (Ferrari, Pavarotti and Ghirlandina) as well as “Forno Meier” (oven Meier), which the activity run by our family since 1960s under the arcades of Canalino avenue.”
Ferrari room, on the first level, is wide and comfortable. It has a small corridor and a library, a spacious bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, a study corner as well as a snack corner for our guests (with tea and kettle).

Pavarotti is a small apartment with an entrance, but a spacious bathroom, the bright bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, armchair and snack corner, too.
